INTERFACE FUNCTIONS

Machine Drilling and TappingThe M80W Series is ideal for mill and lathe systems. Its compact size requires less wiring yet provides greater versatility. It supports multi-axis machine tool control, and the number of control axes has been enhanced: up to 9 NC axes, 4 spindle axes, and 6 PLC axes.

The M800W Series has greater precision because interpolations at the nano-unit level allow for greater milling accuracy. This function converts commands programmed for the orthogonal coordinate axes into linear axis movements and rotary axis movements to control the contours. This enables milling operations using a lathe without a Y-axis.

We've also expanded our CNC CPU functions, improved usability of display functions, added diagnostics, and log functions to make the C80 Series more usable, expandable, maintenance-friendly, and safer. It's now possible to define up to 1,200 sets of variables.

With Mitsubishi Electric’s dynamic machine tool controls, updates in user interface, and customization capabilities, you’ll see a drastic improvement in machine productivity and efficiency. Thanks to the seamless interface, you’ll experience consistency in programming with machine tools, no matter the job. The most complex workpieces can now be executed with ease. Decrease downtime and increase your return on investment with the most efficient solution in machine tool controls available.

Adjust projects on the fly with intuitive machine tool controls, customizable screens, multiple languages at the touch of a button, and simple 2D and 3D checks. No project is too complex for our suite of CNC operating hardware and software. Machine operators can seamlessly transition from milling machine projects to turning machine projects with customizable user interfaces and configurable touchscreens. These advances assist machine tool operators by providing graphic support features, on-screen calculations, and visual tool management.
